All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday) once payment is received. Please note that national holidays are not considered business days.
Items marked “Pre-Order” will ship promptly upon arrival to our boutique.
For local pick-up orders, please message us directly to schedule a convenient pick-up time. Pick-ups are available by appointment only to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.
